Franchise consulting in Poland: Build your own franchise

We build complete franchise systems: from the audit, through the franchise agreement and operations manual, to signing agreements with your first franchisees. For owners of profitable businesses who want to grow faster than their own capital allows.

The first conversation is free. You speak directly with the managing partner.

This is how a franchise network grows: from one profitable pilot location to dozens of units opened and funded by franchisees. Over time the network adds new formats, such as kiosks in shopping centres or mobile outlets.

For owners of businesses that already make money

Franchising makes sense when the business model is proven and the owner wants to open more locations without putting their own money into each one. A single profitable location is enough to start.

Who we do not work with

  • businesses that want quick money from initial fees instead of building a lasting network,
  • people looking for an agreement template to download,
  • brands that want to sell a licence without standards or support for franchisees.

That is how we can lead every project personally, all the way through.

  • You have one profitable location

We check whether the model can be repeated in other cities and calculate how much a franchisee will earn and how much you will.

  • You run several company-owned locations

We shift the cost of new openings to franchisees while you keep control of the brand and the standard.

  • You have a franchise that does not sell

We start with an audit of the offer, the agreement and the manual, remove what puts candidates off and get sales moving.

  • You are thinking about foreign markets

We prepare a master franchise, select the partner and adapt the documentation to the local market.

What could your network look like in 5 years?

Enter your brand name and the city of your first location. We will show you how a well-built franchise network grows.

Your network: 34 locations

A nationwide network, plus the first foreign partner. You manage a network, not a single location.

Frequently asked questions

Won’t franchisees damage my brand?

We limit that risk on three levels: when choosing franchisees (scoring and due diligence before signing), in the agreement (standards, inspections, penalties and termination rights) and in daily operations (operations manual, training and audits). We design all three.

What if nobody buys my franchise?

That is why we start with an audit and competitor analysis: the offer has to pay off for the franchisee, otherwise it will not sell. We train you in sales and point out channels, and on request we lead negotiations until the first agreements are signed.

Is my business suitable for franchising?

Usually yes, if the location is profitable, the way it is run can be described and taught, and the brand stands out in the market. We assess this in a free conversation, and in detail during the audit.

Is one location enough?

Yes. Most networks started with a single site. The first Makarun measured 8 m² on the AGH university campus in Kraków. One profitable location is a good starting point, as long as its results are repeatable.

How long does it take to build a franchise system?

Usually 8 to 12 months. It depends mostly on how quickly your team approves each stage and completes the operations manual.

How much does it cost?

We prepare a quote after the conversation and assessment, because the scope depends on the industry, the state of your documentation and your plans. We work on a project basis, as ongoing support, or with part of the fee linked to results.

Who drafts the franchise agreement?

We define the business assumptions with you, and the agreement is drafted with a law firm specialising in franchise agreements. We make sure risk is allocated sensibly and the franchisor is protected.

Do you help find the first franchisees?

Yes. We identify channels, build the candidate profile, train you to run interviews and vet candidates before signing. On request, we lead negotiations until the first franchise agreements are signed.

Do you work with businesses outside food service?

Yes. The principles of building a system are the same in every industry. We work with education, services, finance, entertainment, retail, beauty, health and fitness.

Do you support international expansion?

Yes. We help choose markets and partners, prepare the master franchise agreement and an English version of the system.
