Terms of service

Effective from October 2026. This is a translation of the Polish Regulamin serwisu, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.

§ 1. General provisions

1. These terms set out the rules for using the website wlasnafranczyza.pl (the “Website”) and for services provided electronically within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
2. The service provider and owner of the Website is MS Consulting sp. z o.o. (the “Provider”). Company details: MS CONSULTING SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (MS Consulting sp. z o.o.). Registered office: ul. Władysława Pytlasińskiego 16/13, 00-777 Warszawa, Poland. National Court Register (KRS): 0001268155, registry court: District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Tax ID (NIP): 5214181384, REGON: 545810808, Share capital: PLN 5,000. Własna Franczyza is a brand of the Provider.

4. A user is anyone who uses the Website (the “User”).
5. These terms are available free of charge on the Website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.

§ 2. Services

1. The Provider offers the following services on the Website free of charge:
   • access to the Website content, including information about advisory services in building franchise systems;
   • a contact form for sending enquiries and booking a free consultation;
   • a franchise value calculator that shows an estimated result for the parameters entered and lets you receive an analysis by email;
   • a franchise readiness test;
   • an interactive map with an example network growth scenario.
2. Results of the calculator, test and map are illustrative. They are estimates based on simplified assumptions and are not a forecast, an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, legal, tax or investment advice, or a guarantee of any results.
3. The Provider’s advisory services, including building a franchise system, are not provided under these terms. Their scope, fees and conditions are set out in a separate agreement.

§ 3. Technical requirements

• a device with internet access;
• an up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript enabled;
• for the contact form and calculator: an active email address and phone number.

§ 4. Conclusion and termination

1. The agreement for access to the Website content, readiness test, calculator and map is concluded when you open the Website and ends when you leave it.
2. The agreement for handling the contact form is concluded when you submit the form and ends when we reply to your enquiry.
3. The agreement for sending the calculator analysis is concluded when you submit your details in the calculator and ends when the analysis is sent.
4. You can stop using the services at any time, in particular by leaving the Website or informing the Provider by email. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

§ 5. Rules of use

1. Users use the Website in accordance with the law, these terms and good practice.
2. Users may not provide unlawful content, including through the Website forms.
3. Users provide true information in the forms.

§ 6. Security

1. Using electronic services involves common risks such as malware, phishing and spam. We recommend an up-to-date browser and antivirus software.
2. The connection to the Website is encrypted (HTTPS). The Provider never asks for passwords or payment card details.
3. Information about data stored on your device and its purpose is set out in the Cookie policy.

§ 7. Complaints

1. Complaints about the Website can be sent by email to kontakt@wlasnafranczyza.pl.
2. A complaint should include your contact details and a description of the problem.
3. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to your email address.

§ 8. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

§ 9. Copyright

The Website content, including texts, graphics and the Własna Franczyza logo, is protected by copyright. Copying or distributing it without the Provider’s consent is prohibited, except for permitted use under the law.

§ 10. Final provisions

1. The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the scope of services. Changes take effect when published on the Website and do not apply to services already started.
2. These terms do not exclude or limit any rights that mandatory provisions grant to consumers and to sole traders treated as consumers.
3. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act on providing services by electronic means and the Civil Code.
