Franchise development: everything a franchise network needs
We build complete turnkey franchise systems and support existing networks in selected areas: from the growth model, through documentation and marketing, to locations and international expansion.

Our most comprehensive engagement. We run the entire process across content, finance, operations and sales, and finish with a summary of the margin on a franchise unit.
The goal is a repeatable, scalable growth model for your brand based on company-owned and franchised units, supported by our relationships in franchising, construction and investment.

What we bring beyond documents
Franchisor experience
We have built and run our own networks. We know which clauses and which processes work in practice.
Real estate contacts
We work with most shopping centres and retail parks in Poland and negotiate lease terms.
Access to candidates and investors
We recruit franchisees with PLN 1–2 million in capital and have contacts with investors and foreign partners.
A team to deliver fit-outs
We can take over the delivery of sites: from the budget and contractors to handover to the franchisee.
Support for the first franchisees
On request, we lead negotiations until the first agreements are signed and support your first franchisees.
Operations directors and lawyers
Our team includes operations directors experienced in managing networks and lawyers specialising in franchise agreements.
Ways of working
Project
A fee for a specific deliverable, such as a turnkey franchise system or a franchise agreement. Payments are tied to milestones.
Ongoing support
An agreed monthly scope. Works well for existing networks that need experience on hand.
Performance-based fee
Part of the fee depends on results, for example the number of franchise agreements signed.
We start with a free conversation, followed by an audit and agreeing priorities for the next 12 months. Only then do we prepare a quote.
Let’s talk about your business
