2. What data we process
- data provided in the contact form: full name, company or brand, email address, phone number, industry, number of locations and message;
- data provided in the franchise value calculator: email address, phone number (if you provide it) and the location parameters entered;
- data you share with us by email or phone;
- technical data recorded automatically by the server (IP address, date and time of visit, browser type);
- statistical data collected by Google Analytics, only with your consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- responding to your enquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- contacting you about your enquiry, correspondence, preventing abuse and establishing, pursuing or defending claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- preparing and sending the calculator analysis at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- contacting you by phone and email for marketing purposes, only if you have given separate, voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Not giving this consent does not affect receiving the analysis;
- analysing website traffic with Google Analytics, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. How long we keep data
We keep data from the form and correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if no cooperation follows, for no longer than 12 months from the last contact. If we enter into a contract, we keep data for its duration, the limitation period for claims and as long as the law requires. Calculator data is kept for up to 12 months after the analysis is sent and, if you gave marketing consent, until you withdraw it. The consent record (date, wording and privacy policy version) is kept as proof of consent for the limitation period for claims. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period set by its security policy and are then deleted automatically. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Recipients
Data may be shared with service providers processing it on our behalf: our hosting provider (OVH), our email provider and, if you consent, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics). Where necessary, data may also be shared with our advisers, such as a law firm or accounting office.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Using Google services may involve transferring data to the United States. Google relies on GDPR mechanisms, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
8. Providing data
Providing data is voluntary, but without the fields marked as required we cannot respond to your enquiry. We do not make automated decisions or profile visitors.
9. Cookies
Google Analytics cookies are stored only with your consent. Otherwise, the website stores in your browser only information necessary for it to work, such as your cookie decision. Details, including names and storage periods, are in the Cookie policy.
10. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when the law or the tools used on the website change. The current version is always available on this page.
